Based in: Remote
Reports to: Senior Manager of Accounting
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 + Benefits *Compensation is dependent on experience
Role Type: Full time / Perm
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Participate as an integral member and technical resource of the finance and accounting team
  • Interpret, investigate and explain differences between budgeted and actual balances for assigned balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts, as assigned
  • Enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis on company opportunities and other financial scenarios
  • Participate in the budget process
  • Assist with the annual audit
  • Research federal, state/local, and international technical tax compliance
  • Compile and analyze monthly sales tax and VAT data files and reconcile sales tax, and VAT and payments accounts to the general ledger
  • Ensure internal systems are appropriately collecting all state, local and international taxes from customers


  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
  • 3+ years accounting experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Detail, goal, and team-oriented
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Effective time management
