A Day in the Life:

· Build and manage a strong reporting foundation measuring OKRs and product KPIs to keep all teams informed and validate the performance of new features.
· Gather/ create new feature requirements and baseline data and create engineering-ready specifications, user stories and success metrics.
· Prioritize backlog and plan development activities with engineering teams, lead UAT and product launches by participating in Agile activities on a daily basis to ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
· Utilize data to understand customer needs and behaviors and transform that knowledge into product enhancements and new features.
· Help drive forward the culture of innovation.
· Establish yourself as subject-matter expert on best practices, competition and the latest industry trends.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, designers, customer service, marketing and leadership to deliver against the products vision
· Conduct user-centered design research and usability testing on all user interfaces that are developed for all form factors and platforms (Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, Mobile etc.)
· Lead efforts on implementation of Mixpanel and create and maintain funnels and product analytic reporting.
· Communicate directly with BBCom customers to pick up on key insights from the customer journey

Education and Experience:

· BS/BA in a related field is preferred
· 2+ years of experience in product
· Solid knowledge of A/B testing concepts and execution on digital properties
· Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights; SQL experience a plus
· Understanding of business strategy and metrics
· Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
· Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for customer focused innovation
· Positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude
· In-depth background working with subscription commerce products
· Understanding of subscription-based business workflows and key deliverables
· Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting surveys and consumer analysis.
· Understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
· Skilled in data visualizations
· Ability to work effectively independently and as a team member
· Comfortable interacting and engaging with colleagues from all levels of management across all business units
· Experience in the fitness industry and/or eCommerce preferred
